BBCS Limited is a young yet highly experienced company which offers an efficient and reliable service to the catering industry.
Our services include breakdown calls, tailor made service contracts, gas pipe work and gas interlock system installation and a full range of catering equipment supply.
As well as attending to machine breakdowns, we can provide expert advice on maintaining and extending the life of your equipment. We believe that service contracts should be tailored to meet your exact requirements.
At BBCS we understand the urgency of a repair to your key equipment and constantly push our suppliers to provide the best service. In order for us to have greater availability of spare parts we source parts through both direct accounts with equipment manufacturers and through wholesale retailers of catering equipment spares.
Our engineers also have access to plumbing and electrical trade counters, allowing them to collect materials immediately should the need arise.
At BBCS Limited our experienced service engineers have received product training from some of the largest equipment manufacturers in the industry. All of our service engineers are trained to work on electrical and mechanical faults and have received up to date gas safety training. Our engineers have also qualified under the Q Engineers Scheme this means we have had to prove competence in all areas and are time served, you know that when a BBCS Engineer arrives at your premises you are in the best of hands.

BBCS service engineers carry a comprehensive tool kit and will use the latest gas and electrical testing equipment when working on your appliances.
You can rest assured there is always an engineer near you, all our vehicles are satellite tracked so we are able to give you an up to date and precise time of arrival.
We are proud that in most cases we are able to offer a same day service if a call is logged prior to 1pm Monday to Friday and in all cases within 24 hours including weekends and bank holidays, 365 days a year.

Beverage Equipment
BBCS Limited is one of the few companies to have a fully trained Beverage Equipment Specialist able to deal with more complex repairs in this area. Specialist Beverage Engineer Paul Blount joined Stills in 1978 where he was fully trained in the repair and installation of the famous range of Stills water boilers and counters. Following the sale of Stills to Hobart Paul continued to specialise in the repair of beverage equipment. BBCS were delighted when in 2004 Paul decided to join the team bringing with him a wealth of knowledge accumulated over some 30 years in the business.
